It might be hard to believe, but spring is finally here. You can even see signs of trees and flowers blooming. During this time, many of us like to clean out and open up our houses for some spring cleaning. While you’re doing this, don’t forget to get your Kia prepped for spring.
Wash Your Kia
The first thing you need to do is wash your Kia. All the
snow, ice, and road salt have probably made your car look somewhat dirty. A
thorough wash, including the undercarriage, will wash away all that winter
grime. Finish it off with a fresh coat of wax.
Inspect Your Tires
Did you make the switch to winter tires? If so, it is time
to put your all weather set back on. In either case, look over your tires and
check for signs of uneven wear or low tread. Potholes can cause your tires to
get out of alignment.
Get New Wipers
Every six to 12 months, you need a new set of windshield
wiper blades. If yours are stuttering, leave streaks, or just not clearing your
windows very well, it is past time for a new set.
You can find all the gear you need to prepare your Kia car
for spring here at Jack Miller Kia Parts.

The 2018 Kia Niro earned recognition for its high fuel economy, and the spacious cabin makes it ideal for family vacations. Plus, its nimble handling and exhilarating performance prove the Kia Niro can be great for daily commutes.
The Kia Sportage boasts supportive seats and high safety scores. Those two factors netted it the top spot on the Best New Cars for Teens list. Those same features landed it a spot among the top 28 choices for a new car too!

Every year, Parents magazine and Edmunds.com collaborate on a list of vehicles that are safe and functional enough for the modern family, while also having the style and capability drivers want. The Kia Soul was named as a Best Family Car for 2018, making the magazine’s Top 10 list in the category of SUV-Like Wagon, which is a hot segment this year. The 2018 Kia Soul also happened to beat out over 300 competitors for the coveted spot on the list.
Why did the Kia Soul win over the competition? Simple: with a low price tag, lots of value, safety tech, and functional features for everyday convenience, the Kia Soul is designed to be family-friendly from the inside out. Parents magazine also cited available features, like high-intensity headlamps and front crash-protection, as excellent investments for any drivers needing a new family hauler. Plus, the 2018 Kia Soul was the most affordable vehicle on the entire Top 10 list.
In addition to being nominated as a name on the Best Family Car list, the 2018 Kia Soul also offers eleven different color options, two different engines, and a variety of tech features like SiriusXM ®, Apple CarPlay ™ and Android Auto ™, and Bluetooth ® connectivity for hands-free voice command.
